Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. As part of our detailed COVID-19 Safety Plan, we are fully vaccinated and have recently completed the government-issued infection prevention and control training module designed for health care workers in all settings.

A Better Carer is committed to implementing the following procedures to keep you and your loved ones safe at all times:

Practising and encouraging good hand hygiene and coughing/sneezing etiquette
Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
Maintaining a distance of 1.5 metres from home-care recipients and encouraging them to do the same where possible

A Better Carer welcomes, supports and accepts clients with an NDIS plan.

If your NDIS funds are self-managed, you may book our disability support services directly and we will issue you with a service invoice so that you can submit your claims independently.
